Take your shoes off and feel the freedom...

Their very first single of the new millenium! This is Fool Again. It kinda sucked.

Wondering what the hell the title of this post means? Well... notice Bryan's bare foot? It's not actually bare. He's wearing girl shoes. And so is Nicky. They're these hideous black flats with open toes and a wide leather single strap over the front of the foot. I can't find a picture, but rest assured that they are spectacularly hideous

Onto the other aspects of the single. Not a favourite of mine, this single, as my review of the 'Westlife' album will attest. It bores the shit out of me. Mostly because Westlife apparently liked it and performed it OVER, and OVER, and OVER, and OVER, and OVER, and...

Grr.

Bryan's hair still needs cutting and Kian still has his arms showing, although he's toned it down a bit. Maybe he realised dinner lady arms weren't sexy. Shane's showing his arms instead, and skinny as they are, they're actually quite nice arms. But I've always had a soft spot for Shane. You have to love a boy that dense. He's thick as two planks. But he's just so unassumingly lovely. I believe the term I'm looking for is 'country bumpkin'.

Notice that it's a '2000 remix'. This means that it's the same song off the album, but instead of opening with a strumming guitar chord, it has a pipe going 'doo doo... doo doo... dooooo doo doo doo...'

And they're wearing black. Again. Against an orange background, which I assume has something to do with the fact that the video was filmed in Mexico. What the connection is, I'm not sure. But Mexico's always struck me as an orange sort of country.

In Shnicky related news, the very first shot of the video with all of them in it is Nicky giving Shane a really big hug.

That couch is ugly.
